Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, orders at BirthSource.ca can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Returns after 14 days and within 30 days will be eligible for store credit. After 30 days all sales are final.
Items must be returned undamaged, this includes being free of pet hair and dander and odours including smoke. Please return in the original packaging, with any brochures, instructions or promotional material that accompanied the order. Original purchase receipt must accompany your return and a brief description of the reason for your return.
Shipping costs are not refundable and will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless an error has occurred on our part. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or credit.
Note: It is recommended to send returns with an option for tracking your package.
Refunds paid by credit card will be returned in the same way and refunds paid by cheque or money order will be made by company cheque.
Exchanges or damaged items
If you receive a damaged item please notify us by email to make arrangements for a replacement. If you would like to exchange your order for something else your purchase will be refunded upon receipt of the return and an order can be made for another item.
